The customer requests a refund and provides information about their order or goods.

The store owner investigates the request, checks the order in WooCommerce, and authorizes the payment.
If the store owner is unable to locate the transaction, the consumer will be asked for additional information.

All updates are sent to both the consumer and the administrator through email.
Once the order is processed, the order status changes to “refunded.”
